TWMC COVID-19 STATEMENT

The Whole Move Company is fully operational and carrying out its work in line with Government Guidelines. Our priority continues to be to safeguard the health & safety of our customers, staff and wider business contacts, whilst also ensuring that we can continue to provide you with the best possible customer service. All staff have been briefed and supplied with the necessary protective equipment to carry out all jobs. PROTECTION

All TMWC staff members have been provided with the sufficient PPE in order to keep themselves and the customers safe. This includes different type of face masks, hand gloves, hand sanitiser, etc.

SANITISATION

All TWMC staff members have been briefed on regular sanitisation of their hands and equipment while carrying out their job at customers sites. Suitable hand sanitisers are made available to all.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

All TWMC staff members have been advised to strictly follow the 2 metre social distancing rule where possible. In the cases where social distance cannot be achieved, correct PPE must be used.

SCHEDULING

All job schedules are done in advance, in the case that a member of staff falls ill or experience any Covid symptoms, we are able to efficiently use the track & trace method to notify staff and customers.
